I’ve been growing food and teachers others to do the same for about 20years. When I left the film industry I discovered permaculture and fell in love. Having no skills in environmental, social or economic development I knew I couldn’t get work in the sector so I started making gardens everywhere. That lead to the formation on an organization Enviro Solutions Centre which has been my life ever since.
Im a community worker, project designer and manager focusing on pro poor solutions using permaculture, Asset Based Community Development and at stems thinking to make solutions a reality with everyone.
My wife and I currently run a seed distribution project in South Afrika called Seed Share SA. We make multiple veg, herb and flower seed available at highly subsidized costs to support new gardeners start growing more food for themselves and their community. Seeds are used as a catalyst to form garden groups and get the gardeners selling to their neighbors.
We are currently looking for a farm where we can grow our own seeds and supply the Organic Agroecology movement in SA.
