An experiential learning program with expert presentations at historic sites, nature reserves, and visits with award-winning organic farmers, heirloom seed savers, olive oil producers and vintners. Discover the components of Cretan cuisine-The Mediterranean Diet during pro cooking classes and meals. Attendees stay in private lodging in an historic village, as part of this cultural immersion experience. Space is limited to 12 adult attendees. Advance registration required.
